Meredith Otten has been in construction and designing her entire life. Born of Martinus Otten a master mason and master carpenter of Otten & Otten construction working in Georgetown Ontario for over 50 years of top-quality construction experience, Meredith has been around building all her life at a top-quality level of standards.
At 14 she was tracing over plans that would be approved by the city for build in the 90’s. Her job experience has taught her with working in a kitchen what proper layout and access means, and how to achieve the ultimate amount of function for your needs.
A certified painter by union trade, Meredith has been on the tools on large jobsites for almost 20 years now. She has coordinated with trades and scheduled jobsites that had strict deadlines. Her hands-on skills mean you get the maximum transparency and savings possible because she works from concept start, material sourcing and shopping to schedule and manage while doing everything from drywall taping, mudding and painting to assisting demo, tile and construction.
For 8 years Meredith has partnered with a boutique manufacturer of cabinetry to access a new trade and learning. Operating a 5x10 CNC machine and edgebander, and partnering with the best and top materials on the market — Meredith is in a league of her own with controlling manufacturing timelines and design with hands-on understanding and custom engineering to the max with knowledge of new and top mechanisms and materials.
